plentiful parking warm welcome stylish decor
The building's decoration was amazing and plentiful parking was available. staff welcomed me warmly and were helpful. They gave me a tour of the hotel, grounds, and room. they provided information regarding shops, restaurants and the beach. the room's decor was fun and stylish, including a great bathroom stocked with lush products.
Advertised music events did not occur. This was not clearly communicated.

lacking communication missed breakfast
Events were advertised, yet they did not occur. Communication about this issue was lacking. A discount in the shop was available , but staff did not tell me about it. I also missed the included breakfast since I was unaware of it until after it was too late.

high standard fantastic stay first class
the room was well presented. it was decorated and furnished to a high standard. the whole place is very obviously looked after and maintained without compromise. the steaks were cooked exactly to my liking.
i was unaware breakfast was included until it was too late, though

spacious room excellent decor high-quality feature
I found the room very spacious. It had excellent decor throughout. I enjoyed the high-quality features in both the hotel and the room itself. The marshall speaker was a fun touch (it. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating in the bar. They even threw another log on the fire. I really appreciated their attentiveness. The breakfast offered a great selection of tasty items. The breakfast was AMAZING. I also appreciated the convenient location that was easy to reach.

The staff was really helpful . i found the location convenient, a short walk to the beach. the breakfast included homemade granola. It was the best i've ever tasted, we loved it!
the tea and coffee facilities are in the corridor, and not in the room.
